This facilitates shared decision-making discussions related to extended endocrine therapy by providing an individualized estimate of distant recurrence risk 5–10 years after surgery (based on TAILORx).11

RSClin outputs include individualized risk of recurrence at 10 years,10 absolute chemotherapy benefit and distant risk of recurrence after surgery from 5–10 years.12

The user can select how to view the individualized risk estimates: Numerical, Icons or Dots.
